COMEBACK kid Lee Complin is the latest name to be added to Telford's indoor ice speedway event on Sunday, February 24.
Complin, who made a dazzling return to the shale with Stoke last season after five-years in retirement, is ready to return to bike action after suffering a bad foot injury at the end of campaign.
And Telford co-promoter Graham Drury rates the gritty Yorkshireman as one of the most exciting riders in British Speedway.
He won the Garry Stead Benefit meeting at his former club Sheffield in August and was not surprisingly named Potters rider of the year in November.
Several high profile Elite League clubs have been linked with a move for the 22-year-old but he decided to spend another season at Premier League level with the Loomer Road side on loan from Sheffield.
Said Drury: "We're delighted to have Lee at Telford, I love watching him even though he's always on the opposition side, he's got such a great style.
"He's good at other motorcycle disciplines as well and he was delighted when asked about the prospect of riding at Telford. I'm sure he will have no trouble in adapting to the ice and the small track, in fact I'm sure he will provide plenty of entertainment for the fans to enjoy.
"He was considering going out to the USA for some indoor racing but he's thrilled to be able to ride in both meetings at Telford.
"He's assured us he has totally recovered from the foot injury which ended his season and he's desperate to get back in the saddle and race bikes again.
"I also still feel he has time on his side to make it big in speedway. He had a long time out of the sport but for me he has the ability to go out there, have a big season with Stoke and then move further up the ladder. Don't rule him out of the Grand Prix series within the next three years!
"It's all coming together nicely for Telford, ticket sales are very encouraging and I think everyone is looking forward to the big day."
